Day Tour to Alexandria

Our representative will pick you up from your hotel and then take you to enjoy a wonderful day trip to Alexandria.

First visit to the Column of Pompeii.

It was built in honor of Emperor Diocletian in the late 4th century. Originally from the Temple of Serapis, it was a magnificent building that competed with the Soma and the Caesar section. You will then drive to visit the catacombs, the largest Roman cemetery, consisting of three levels cut into the rock. Lunch at a local restaurant in Alexandria, then we continue to see Qaitbay Fort, built on top of the ancient pharaohs (lighthouse) of Alexandria, then to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina.
