Bahariya Oasis is the first true desert oasis in Egypt.
It is located 365 kilometers southwest of Cairo, which is about a 4.5-hour drive from Cairo.
Over the years, Bahariya has attracted many travelers seeking peace, spirituality and the freedom of the desert.
Wadi Al-Hita “Valley of the Whales” is a paleontological site in El Fayoum, approximately 150 km southwest of Cairo.
It was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in July 2005 because of hundreds of the oldest whale fossils. The site reveals evidence for one of the greatest mysteries of cetacean evolution: the birth of the whale as an ocean mammal from a previous life as a land animal.
Nowhere else in the world is there such a quantity, concentration and quality of fossils, as well as their accessibility and location in an attractive and protected landscape.
That is why UNESCO included it in the protected world heritage.
At 07:00, your guide will pick you up from your Cairo hotel and drive to El Fayoum to enjoy Fayoum Falls, Salt Lake, Al-Qaser, Elsaghat and finally Mount Mudawara .
Overnight: Elghroud Camp.
After breakfast you will visit Wadi Al-Hitan; then proceed to Bahariya Oasis where you will enjoy lunch and local tour of Bahariya.
Overnight: Sahara camp.
After breakfast, you will visit the Black Desert and a Bedouin village for lunch.
After lunch will visit Kristallivuori, Agabati and Kukkakivi. "Optional (sandboard - free)
Overnight: Agabat Desert Camp.
After breakfast, visit Agabat Valley, Magic Spring Valley, where you can enjoy lunch.
After lunch, you will continue to the New White Desert where you will enjoy dinner.
Overnight: New White Desert Camp.
After breakfast, drive to the Old White Desert, Valley of Tents, followed by a visit to Farafra (including a visit to the Farafra Art Museum) before continuing to El Dakhla to visit Dier Elhagar.
Overnight: Bedouin camp.
After breakfast you will visit Mout Village, Bashand and Bala. T
he tour continues via Elkharga road to Elghoroud Elhelaliya, Elbagawat and Hibis temple.
Overnight: Elkharga Camp.
After breakfast, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Cairo.
